Due to our products being used in a pharmaceutical GPP and/or GMP environments we do not offer returns on most products once delivered. We do however honour all product warranties in place from the manufacturers of all products. Please contact us with any questions or warranty help.

Any returns on items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping back to us.
