Shipping, Returns & Warranty FAQ

Shipping, Returns & Warranty FAQ

This page summarizes the most common Growhaus order, freight, return and warranty questions. If a quotation, invoice or written order term differs, that order-specific term controls.

Are shipping charges included?

Unless shipping is specifically shown as included on the estimate, proposal or invoice, shipping charges are additional and may be added once the shipment details are known.

Can equipment ship directly from the manufacturer?

Yes. Growhaus may arrange direct shipment from a manufacturer or supplier when that reduces time or freight cost.

Who is responsible for unloading freight?

The customer is responsible for unloading and securely storing materials and equipment delivered to the site. Some shipments may require a forklift, loading dock, liftgate or other receiving equipment. Contact Growhaus before delivery if you need help planning the receiving requirements.

What should I do if freight arrives damaged?

Inspect the shipment before signing for delivery. Photograph the shipment while it is still on the truck and during unloading. If visible damage is present, note the damage on the Bill of Lading or shipping documents and, where appropriate, refuse the visibly damaged item.

How quickly must freight claims be reported?

  • Damaged material: contact Growhaus within 3 days of receipt.
  • Missing material: contact Growhaus within 7 days of receipt.

Photos and carrier documentation may be required.

Can I return products after delivery?

Because many Growhaus products are used in pharmaceutical GPP and/or GMP environments, most products are not returnable once delivered. Contact Growhaus before sending anything back.

Do I need an RMA?

Yes. Any approved return must be authorized by Growhaus management and assigned a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Unapproved return shipments may be refused.

Can I cancel an order after it has been processed?

Orders for materials or equipment generally cannot be cancelled after processing, in whole or in part. Initial deposits are non-refundable unless Growhaus agrees otherwise in writing.

How are manufacturer warranties handled?

Growhaus honours the applicable manufacturer warranty on products we sell and can help coordinate the warranty process. Contact us with your order information, product details, serial number where applicable, photos and a description of the issue.

What about used equipment?

Used equipment sold by Growhaus is sold as-is. No warranty is implied or given, and used equipment is not returnable once shipped. Buyers should confirm suitability and condition before purchasing.

Who should I contact?
